Jean Paul was excellent to work with. He made a harried attempt to talk me through, how to use my phone and look up information while working with him. Of course, I was not successful looking the information up but not due to Jean Paul failing. I am helpless with electronics. Jean Paul treated me as if I had every ability ever learned, as we age our abilities begin to dwindle. This is true of me, anyway.
I had many apprehensions about using the services but Jean Paul explained in great detail just what I was doing, the benefits as well as any negative aspects of the service. He was a joy to work with and he was very light hearted. I hate giving in to any adverse situation but dealing with Jean Paul helped me to accept the help and not feel too bad afterword. Jean Paul is a wonderful voice to the bigger operation.

I am truly thankful for New Direction reaching out to me to share what there company can do to help me get back to being debt free. I'm thankful for New Direction and there most sufficient way of setting up my account. All of the representatives who have been involved have made me feel very comfortable and not to mention so sweet to talk with. I was reluctant at first to call but I am so glad I did. I was able to do my own research of the company just to make sure they who they say they are. I lol forward to sending another testimonial after my 2 years in the program to say, "I'm debt free!!"" There are so many great, geuine people at NSS and CJC, who care about the well being of others. They all deserve their on individual testimonies for their excellance in how they care and strive to help.
There are a few I would like to give special recognition to who have always been there for me since I started the program. In fact they are so awesome, I just want to call them if I am having a bad day! These two gentleman who make me feel like my situation takes priority over everything else, and that they are determined to work until they resolve the situation for me are Abraham and Dan Foley. While Dan is amazing and staying on top of things, works for NSS, Abraham and his outstanding supervising manager, Shane Marine, work hard for CJC, but have all been instrumental in getting my situation resolved. Thank all of you for every effort you have made for me and the peace of mind you give me to let me sleep each night.

There are actually several people, but one in particular who put my mind at ease, and worked dilagently on my behalf. That is Dan Foley. He understood the importance of my situation and put forth an incredable amount of time trying to meet deadlines and resolve all my issues before they got ahead of me, not to speak of putting my mind at ease.

I would like to share what a wonderful job Dan Foley has done for me. Due to the situation, it may not have been the best of settlements, but he was very attentive and aggressive with the settlement of my case. Christina Heath is an amazing client service specialist and she has made my experience with NSS truly wonderful. I have three of my four cards paid off in one year of being in the program, in part, from her assistance. It's been very scary to take the plunge and work out my debt, but I do not regret signing up with NSS for one minute.

I was extremely skeptical about signing up with a debt relief company. My husband and I have always had perfect credit ratings (he still does) but my finances were getting out of control, couldn't make ends meet, and felt like I had no other option. I am SO glad I chose this company. I've been in the program for a year now, and as far as I can tell, there are no strings attached; they really do work hard to settle your debt and get you out of the program as quickly as possible. The majority of my accounts have been settled for MUCH less than I owed. While I don't feel good about not repaying my entire debt, I do feel like I've been given a new lease on life and am DETERMINED not to let debt take over my life again.
Recently, one of my creditors filed a civil suit against me. Needless to say, I was devestated and scared. I was able to borrow some money from a family member, and within just a couple of days Dan Foley settled the dispute for MUCH less than I had expected. I will be able to withdraw the leftover funds and return them to my family member. Ashley from Consumer Justice Center was also a huge help in calming my fears and expediting the whole process. I never thought I'd feel "cared for" by a debt settlement company, but Dan and Ashley have proven me wrong; they both made me feel like I was a priority, one of their most important clients! Thank you both for lifting a HUGE weight from my shoulders.

My wife and I a couple of years ago were disgustingly in debt and needed help. We turned to NSSFL and had some doubts and fears about allowing someone to actually auto draft funds. But, I'm honestly going to tell you this. It was the best thing we've ever done. We had over $30,000 in debt and were drowning. They settled with our 7 creditors for under half of what we owed and we slowly paid off every single one of them over that time. What would have literally taken a lifetime to pay off (paying the minimum payments) is completely wiped out now because of their help and expertise dealing with people that we owed money. Our lives have completely changed because of the help of National Settlement and the fees that we paid were a drop in the bucket compared to now the relief we feel being completely debt free. Also, I must say that the customer service was impeccable. Any time I called there was someone there to help us. And as the debts were settled they personally called us to tell us the good news. I also had a personal profile on the web that I could go to any time to upload documents AND see the progress. I could go on and on. But, I'll stop and just say I highly recommend their program and will to anyone struggling to get rid of nagging debts that completely rob the joy out of your life. Do it and don't wait!!

There are several things I'd like to share with you. My thought at this time go to the service provided recently by Dan Foley in particular, and Sabrina in his time out of the office. In the world today, it seems as though not many people truly care for their fellowman. Dan is proof that there are still people who do care. I believe that kindness applies to all New Direction personnel.
When I first contacted NSS in January 2013, I was desperate and felt as though I had nowhere to turn. Since the first contact made (with Brandon) I have been treated with dignity. Although I am ashamed that I let my personal finances get out of hand, no one on the NSS staff has made me feel guilty or additionally ashamed.

I can't say enough great things about NSS!!! They came to my rescue at just the right time in my life, and have been a blessing to me. I can't believe how kind and understanding EVERYONE has been to me since I started with the program.
I always know that when i call with any questions, I will be taken care of and my mind put at ease by a kind representative to help me. Not once have I EVER had someone who was having a bad day and mis treated me in any way!!! I came home to beautiful flowers by my door, and could not believe they were sent to me for making my first settelment!!! I did not do anything, but was rewarded in a way I have never been treated before!!! I just lost my significant other unexpectedly, and seeing flowers that day, was a true blessing!!! I am so thankful for this program. I was cut back to part time for 2 years and had to use my credit cards to pay for a lot of things that my paycheck would not cover.I was in this program for not even a year with about $10,000 in debt. One of my credit cards I only had to pay 25% of what I owed and Dan, worked closely and hard to settled my Discover account at 50%, which is unheard of because I was warned that Discover is very difficult to settled at any rate! Dan was able to save me THOUSANDS of dollars and I will be forever grateful!

I have been thoroughly happy with New Direction. The whole team there is so helpful and happy to work with you. I was in a bit of a financial bind and they were able to reduce my monthly payment for a couple months and now back on track. Already they have paid off one of my five credit cards and working on the second one!

I was worried to death about having to go to court earlier this month and then the judge telling the creditor they could file a judgment against me in forty five days. Dan Foley has been so nice and giving more than 100% for me to at least come to a agreement with the creditor to make payments. This company can be proud to have a employee that cares about the client to give his all. He sure has given me some peace of mind.

I was VERY DEEP IN THE HOLE with debt, Approximately $15,000 in debt, and no way out. I then heard about National Settlement via the internet, And I was skeptical at first, However, I tried it, And since then, I have had two accounts already financially settled, And another to be settled by the end of this year. I pay one fee each month, And because of that within about 2 years, My wife and I can start looking for our dream house that we always wanted, Thanks to New Direction. This has been, without a doubt, one of the most harrowing yet positive experiences of my life. I was probably more nervous about contacting New Direction regarding my debt crises than I was when contemplating marriage. It's a very big decision to make, but definitely the correct decision. A wonderful gentleman names Nicholas just called to tell me, after working late last night in negotiations with my bank, he successfully reduced my balance by more than 50%. I cannot thank Nicholas, and New Direction enough, but I will be grateful to them for the remainder of my life.

I am a good person, but I have always struggled with managing my finances. New Direction helped me set reasonable goals, so that I could feel successful during the process of repairing my debt. They never talk down or make you feel badly about your situation and all of the employees are extremely helpful. I am so happy knowing I will be mostly out if debt in 3 years thanks to NSS. I never thought this could be possible!

I have had nothing but a very positive experience working with New Direction! You stay well on top of things for your clients. You have reached several settlements for me already that I am thrilled with. This service has allowed me to get things handled without the need to go bankrupt. Even though credit is bad while using a settlement service such as this one, I feel better that I have not completely failed to pay some money to my creditors. When I had harrassing calls, I was immediately sent a machine to handle those calls when they came in. It has been a HUGE relief to not have to hear the phone ring and ring and ring from creditors. Nothing but GOOD to say about your company! Thank you!!

I have been with NSS and Consumer Justice Center for about 1 1/2 years and I am completely happy with everything that both NSS and the consumer justice center has done for me. They settled one account for a savings of about $3000 dollars and Shane from the CJC has been helping me with the legal issues with DISCOVER, which is an absolute pain when it comes to trying to settle an account. Shane has given me solid advice as to how to respond to numerous legal documents and civil filings that DISCOVER has implemented against. me. As a result of his work, I was awarded one summary judgment and I am ready to file a second action in an attempt to get final resolution of this civil proceeding, hopefully in my favor. The worse case scenario is extending the complaint long enough to rebuild my payment funds. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who needs debt relief.

I have been with National Settlement for almost a year I believe and they have settled 2 of my debts for me. I am so happy that things are looking up. Nicholas Kocolis has been very helping in communicating with me concerning when payments to my debtors are paid and what the amounts are. He even gives follow-up on the other accounts when possible. I have enjoyed this company and the hekp that they are giving me. I was scared at first and then I just trusted them to do what they said they would do and truly I would recommend them to others in this situation.

NSSFL is the best. We had lots of credit card debt and they are getting our credit card balances lowered by reaching settlements with these companies. I highly recommend NSSFL to anybody who wants to put there credit cards behind them.

Just wanted to express how grateful I am that came in contact with Nicholas Kocolis. He really was the bright spot in my experience with the NSS. Nicholas went above and beyond to assist me with any and every problem or issue I had. This was not the best experience but having Nick to work with made it a whole lot better.

I was very nervous about this program, cried several times on the phone, but the positive energy that comes from Nicholas and the others lets you know that they are working with you to resolve your debt.

I was delighted to get your notice that one of my credit cards has been settled.
I felt as though I would never be able to pay them off. I would make a payment and before the next one was due I would have to use the card again to buy gas or groceries, so I was not getting any further ahead.
Everyone has been very helpful when I have called to explain what to expect and I look forward to being debt free.

I've been blessed to have you working on my many credit card debts, and I am very pleased that the average saved is running at about 32-35%~ I hope to get everything finished up in about 2 years, and managed to even settle one of my credit cards directly, becuase the offer was for 65% savings. I am so impressed with this program. I started last July and will be debt free by August of this year and with out all the harrassment from the debt collectors. Nicholas has been a tremendous help and I am very appreciative.

Contacting NSS was the BEST decision of my life!! All my worries are starting to go away as each account gets settled and those constant creditor phone calls are going away too! I am so thankful for all they have done for me and will continue to do for me. I think they all wear Super Hero capes, especially Nicholas!
There is light at the end of the tunnel...and it's not a train!! 😉

would to take this time to thank the staff @ National Settlement and Consumer Justice for the great work they have done for me.To all the consultants like Niclholas Kocolic and others that I don't remember their names. I turned in seven accounts and to date National Settlement has taken care of 5 out of seven. So is their is someone out that has doubts that this company can help you, I can tell you from experience they do a great job. Keep up the great work you do.

I received a card from New Direction telling me about their services last August,so I decided to call and learn more about them.Chris is the first person that I talked to.He was very patient and carefully explained everything to me.Last week I talked to Nicholas,who was also very patient and gave me an update as to the progress of the settlements that were either complete or in the process of being completed.I am very impressed with everytone and everything so far,and would very highly recommend New Direction to anyone!! We make unwise decisions and mistakes and get ourselves into financial problems,but thanks to New Direction and especially to Chris and to Nicholas,I am on my way to paying off credit card debts,which is a great relief for me. I canot thank you enough for the support,encouragement and help that you have been!!

When I call NSS it was at a time in my life that I had a wonderful Blessing of our baby girl. But with all the financial hardship that we have had it's been the hardest time in our life also. I want to thank Nick for helping me see the light at the end of the tunnel because I couldn't see it at the time. But he was right it's getting closer every month. We had a tough time with one of our creditors it took months but Nick and NJC helped me every step of the way. And I feel like I'm no longer in the ocean without a life jacket I feel like Nss gave me that life jacket and I'm on my way to that sunny beach at the end 🙂 Thank you so much Nss and NJC for all you have done for my family your the best.

Yippee. I have been in the program since October 2012. At first I was skeptical regarding this companies ability to sincerely help take me to debt freedom. To my surprise, today I received communication from New Direction with great news. I am one step closer to debt resolution.
I look forward to continued work with them to become totally debt free and I highly recommend them.
